The 1500 acre property is located right next to Collingwood, Nova Scotia and runs easterly, 4 miles, along the East Branch River Philip. There is also a woods road running the entire length of the property fairly close to the river. From Collingwood it also runs northerly along the River Philip (main branch) for a distance of 1 1/2 miles. The rivers are plenty big enough to canoe in.
