This is 2 outfitting businesses for sale.  One is a big game outfit and the other is a fishing outfit.  You can purchase both or just the fishing outfit. 

The fishing outfit is located on Moose Lake and has a lodge and cabins and airstrip at Moose Lake. The trout fishing business includes licenses on several different rivers and lakes that we fly out to.  All the boats & equipment to operate the business is included. 

The big game outfit is called Mountain Outfitters, a hunting outfitting company which is base from our Moose Lake Lodge (the fishing outfit), using the lodge facility to create a very comfortable hunting lodge. A full line of equipment-   horses, tack, camping gear, comes with the package.  I have a cabin on leased property in Entiako Park, on Entiako Lake that is part of the hunting package.  

If someone wants to purchase both the fishing lodge and the hunting business, the land will include 1100 acres in 4 parcels.  The price for both is 2.5 million CAN.

 If a buyer does not want the hunting portion, the land included in the sale is 812 acres for the fishing outfit alone.  The price for just the fishing outfit is 1.8 million CAN.
