Cabin is approx. 18x20, 5 years old.  Flooring is tile and rug. Two opening windows with screens, large wood burning stove.  The place is immaculate.  Both house and cabin are wired with plug-ins for lamps,TV, and small appliances that run off the generator and battery pack.

There are 3 storage buildings in good repair as well as a wood shed.  Also there is a large, well built outhouse and a roomy shower house. There are steel gates going into the property although it is so secluded, the gates probably aren't necessary. The Pink Mountain store is approx. 20 minutes away.  They sell groceries, clothing, propane, diesel, gas, liquor as well as a post office. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

The fishing and hunting is phenomenal as well are the views. Deer, moose, elk, grizzly, stone sheep, mountain caribou, bison, wolves, 20lb dollys, rainbows and grayling are all abundant.
