Trophy Deer
Improved genetics through the use of Trap, Transport and Transplant Permit Program and Deer Breeder Program along with selective harvest methods. Deer breeding pens along with deer management pens will insure the continued success of genetic improvements to your deer herd. A Wildlife Management Plan is in place along with all permits, including Deer Breeder Permit, Deer Management Permits, and Managed Lands Deer Permits.

Lodge
This two story vintage home, built in1909, was carefully moved from its original location on Key Avenue in Lampasas and fully renovated to accommodate today’s amenities. Consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 and ½ baths, a study, living room and dining room with an updated kitchen. Fully furnished inside and out, you can choose to relax inside or enjoy the breath taking views from the covered front porch.

Water, Feeders and Etc.
A solar well provides water to a steel reservoir and to water troughs along with three earth tanks that are placed throughout the ranch near the 5 feed stations. One new 3000lb protein feeder is at each feed station to provide supplemental nutrition for the deer herd. There are 4 deer blinds each with a corn feeder that are strategically placed throughout the ranch to provide an excellent hunting experience.

Facilities
A 40’ x 40’ barn houses an indoor deer processing facilities and a walk-in cooler. Weather protected, it includes a sink with hot and cold water, stainless steel meat processing table, winches with gambrel and scales. A shooting range and dog kennels are next to the barn along with extensive storage tanks that provide water for the lodge and facilities.
