The ranch amenities include a 12 x 12 walk in cooler, full time ranch manager, tractor with implements, a road grader and 4-2,000 lb gravity feeders.  There are approximately 30 acres in food plots, deer re-stocking program starting this year which will guarantee 200 inch genetics for many years to come.  There is a Wildlife Committee that meets and looks over the animals once per month.  Yearly dues are $1,000.  There is a monthly news letter sent to all land owners to keep everyone informed.
