The ranch lands are patrolled by private security (three cops) who make sure only owners and their guests are on the ranch. They will also inspect your property when you are away if requested. The house is about 1300 sq ft, air conditioned. The deck is 54ft long by 8 ft and is under the trusses not added on. Rear wall of the home is 9ft the front wall is 11 foot. The entire property is surrounded with 8 foot game fence. Animals on the ranch; (it’s hard to get an exact count but the estimated count is) Aoudad - there are 15 + it’s a breeding herd, dominant male is 32+ inches. Black-buck - there are 15+ antelope again a breeding herd. Axis - 12+ several large males. Whitetail - 30+ about 50 / 50 males and females. Sika - there are about 30, several bucks are 23-24 inches. Fallow - six or eight All animals are breeding and produce excellent faun’s lambs Turkey - during season this place is buried in turkeys. About half of the turkeys in this area are multi bearded. The most counted is seven beards. The owner has shot two with five beards and a total of 23 inches. They have even seen several two bearded hens. There are three electric meters one for the house one for the well and the third for the other well which the owner doesn't currently use. There are also three pair of phone lines in the house. There is a small (1/2) acre pond which is now dry since it silted up about 5 years ago during a flood. It can easily be cleaned out and re bentonited, it fills from the windmill. There are lots of Live oak and Spanish oak on the property, the north boundary of this property is the Rio Bonito ranch. There are two good wells one with a windmill and a 26000 gallon storage tank. | |
